Personality disorders are rare and there's no reason that a blind person would be more likely to have a personality disorder than a sighted person. A child that is isolated from other kids would not have developed the social skills and experience that is normal for her age level, and so as a result she's probably insecure, naive, depressed, lonely... which are not personality disorders.
