Keeping

Any ideas for keeping up my muay thai training while temporarily in a wheelchair?
Q. I have two ankle sprains, one fairly serious, and have been told by the doctors that I have to stay off my feet for at least a few weeks. Its making me a bit nuts to not be able to train, and I know I am getting out of shape just sitting around. I can't get to the gym, or leave my house at all, but I do have a universal and dumbells here. Does anybody have some ideas for keeping my technique sharp and cardio up?

A. here's an idea..let your body rest and recooperate..dont do anything stupid like shadow boxing in your wheel chair that's just rediculous..and will teach bad habits..if you want to workotu though just do upper body lifts arm and shoulders..most of your power comes from legs torso and shulders anyways

What are the benefits of keeping a journal?
Q. It's seems as though more people used to write in journals in the early 1900s than they do now. But my question is why? What is so rewarding about keeping a journal and why do fewer people do it these days? Also, in the past, some men used to write in a journal regularly whereas today it is seen as a feminine thing to do, as if writing in a journal is always related to emotions, when people can also write about thoughts and ideas instead of using it as an emotional outlet. Any thoughts on this?

A. I actually keep a journal myself and firmly believe that there are many benefits one will reap if they keep with writing in a journal. One reason I hold to keep a journal is to document my dreams. Some people go on wild, crazy adventures through their dreams and writing down and expanding upon what happened during the dream can really push the boundaries of the imagination and can lead to all kinds of storytelling or even writing novels (like the creator of Twilight. She's rich now!). Or, sometimes your dreams have deeper meanings, as if they're trying to tell you something and it's important to write that down so you don't forget. It could come in handy later. What do I need to start keeping two infants at my home for friends?
Q. I am about to begin keeping two infants in my home for a couple friends. I would like to know if anyone out there has any start-up advice! I am certified in CPR/First Aid and have a degree in Childcare.
