From Google News Search: "Dream Journals" what can I do to dream more or at least remember my dreams? Q. I know that it is a weird question but what can I do to dream. Are there any foods or something that can produce that. What can I do to remember my dreams when I wake up. Keeping a dream journal is no answer because I write nothing because I do not recall anything. Is just that I wake up feeling that nothing happen like if just a second pass. I know is weird but please help. I want to remember my dreams! No offensive nor silly answers please. Asked by lady deliah - Mon Jun 1 21:21:04 2009 - - 5 Answers - 0 Comments A. If you wake up to an alarm then that can cause a dream to fade away immediately, so if you want to remember a dream wake up on your own with no other external help. After doing this for a while you should be remembering dreams a little better. Then, you should have a journal at your bedside. You mentioned that it didn't help but once you do start remembering dreams then it is helpful. Another helpful tip would be to consciously decide to remember dreams before you fall asleep. Hope this helps :) Answered by guinote - Mon Jun 1 21:35:14 2009 Why should i have a dream journal? Q. Just curious, oh, and i want to have lucid dreams too. Thanks! You don't have to keep one, its just helpful to take a hard look at your dreams and see if you can find any dream sign over a period of time. It can even help you remember your dreams by just the intention to remember and write it down. If this makes you frustrated, just skip it, because I very rarely do it and lucid dream all the time. Its more of a beginners quest so it is really helpful. This will also give you a feel for your dream world, and make it much easier to recognize it in the moment. Notice if you're chased allot, or if you get a certain emotions, or things don't work or are out of place. Find out what is constantly happening in your dreams, and then start looking for these things in your waking life. Q. I think its amazing that some people have lucid dreams. I have loads of dreams, and i also keep a dream journal-i'm on my way to lucid dreaming. Tell me what your lucid dream was like, and do you have them frequently? Yeah, its when you realise that you are having a dream and you can begin to control it. Most people just try to fly in their dream, and if they can fly, then they know that they are dreaming. And they fly to wherever they want. I think thats really cool actually, and apparently flying is the best feeling dreamers have had. Asked by field of innocence - Thu Jul 10 11:29:16 2008 - - 9 Answers - 0 Comments A. I had one very interesting lucid dream just a few weeks ago where I was neither asleep or awake. In my dream vision I was a little girl sitting in the back seat of a 1930's model car and the car was parked in front of a family style grocery store advertising prices for milk, eggs, apples and things. I was begging my mother who was about 21 years old if I could go in with her while she shopped. I promised I'd be quiet and not touch anything and that I would make myself invisable. Mom, as always, was in a hurry and wanted me to wait in the car as she didn't want anyone to see me. At that point I was another "me" and floated above the begging child me and saw that the begging child was actually me today.
