Q. I dreamed that I was looking at a two-page numbered list, which contained a brief description of dreams that I had in the past. It was an abreviated, line-by-line description of the dreams that I kept in my dream journal (I keep a dream journal in real life). I remember seeing on the second page the numbers 88 and 89. Then, I remember talking to myself in my dream, and saying, "This is one of the most relaxing moments in your life."

A. I think, pretty simply, that it just affirms that you take solace in your dreams and your habit of recording them. So keep it up, and it will continue to relax you.
